O projeto "Paisagem de Escuta" originou-se da experiência da artista ao ouvir os sinos de uma igreja na cidade do Porto a partir de sua casa, levando à percepção de como o som conecta paisagens visualmente separadas. A artista explorou os limites do som, questionando sua forma e como reverbera no ambiente. Utilizando seu corpo, mapeou a projeção do som da igreja, destacando a influência da experiência individual no resultado. A pesquisa envolveu reflexões sobre o sino como objeto simbólico, marcando o tempo e transmitindo mensagens. O projeto se desdobrou em uma performance em que a artista incorpora o som dos sinos, explorando a fronteira invisível percebida através da escuta e buscando conscientização e conexão com o território.
The "Listening Landscape" project originated from the artist's experience of hearing the bells of a church in the city of Porto from her home, leading to an awareness of how sound connects visually separated landscapes. The artist explored the boundaries of sound, questioning its shape and how it resonates in the environment. Using her body, she mapped the projection of the church's sound, emphasizing the influence of individual experience on the outcome. The research involved reflections on the bell as a symbolic object, marking time and conveying messages. The project unfolded into a performance where the artist incorporates the sound of the bells, exploring the invisible boundary perceived through listening and seeking awareness and connection with the territory.
